A great way to get fit while also learning practical self-defense techniques. Our expert Muay Thai coaches , blend traditional Muay Thai methods with dynamic MMA kickboxing styles. This class emphasizes Dutch-style drills and pad work designed to develop authentic and effective kickboxing skills, all without the need for sparring. You can count on always finishing the session thoroughly sweaty and energized!

Boxing

One of the oldest, most effective martial arts, boxing—known as the sweet science—is the sole focus of this class. We adjust our stance from kickboxing to master punch technique and maintain a strong base. Emphasis is on using ground energy and combining simple to complex combos.

Strength and Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning class focuses on learning movements that help us in life and in martial arts. Learning how to hinge and use proper lifting mechanics combined with kettlebells, slam balls and heavy bags this class will get you the gains you want and need!
