COACH MATT

Coach Matthew is a BJJ Purple belt and valued part of the Flock MMA Team with over 10 years of training under his belt. Matt is a long time martial artist who first started studying Muay Thai before falling in love with BJJ. Coach Matt assists with our adult program and will also instruct our kids BJJ classes on occasion!

COACH ALEX

Coach Alex is the 2023 WAKO K1 National Champion and Spent 2023 traveling around the world representing team Canada in South Africa and Portugal competing at the WAKO world kickboxing championships. He is an active Muay Thai competitor with well over 20 fights and is competing against the best in the world. With International competitive experience we are lucky to have coach Alex as an instructor for our Muay Thai Basics and Advanced classes

COACH DANYLO

Coach Danylo came to us from Ukraine and immediately made an impact both in the gym and in competition. Danylo is the 2023 teen provincial champion 2024 Ontario open NoGi Teen Champion and has wrestling experience growing up in Ukraine. Danylo is a kids Lead instructor for our Crows (ages 4-7) and instructor for Muay Thai and Boxing programs.

COACH CHLOE

Coach Chloe is one of our most fierce coaches! When she is not working with our Crows( ages 4-7 ) teaching them the fundamentals of Boxing and Muay Thai she is punching and kicking the biggest people in the gym! Chloe is a lead instructor for our smallest kids as her gentle approach helps the kids learn the fundamental strikes and combinations. She helps prepare our younger students so they can eventually do more complex training as they graduate in our kids program!
